Why can’t I login?

The Premium Members area is protected for your security.

To access your account, enter your correct username or email address. After that, you can either:

• Send a login code to your registered email address, or
• Enter your password to sign in.

If you’re having trouble, please check:

• You’re using the correct username or email linked to your membership
• There’s no autofill or saved data interfering with your details
• You try logging in from a different browser or device

If you choose the login code option, check your inbox (and your spam or junk folder) for the email.
